About our Global NMR Online Conference 2024
Social media platforms have brought down the physical barriers to scientific discussion. While traditional conferences still provide wonderful opportunities for reunion and debate, few conferences truly engage a global audience. That’s where we come in.
Following last year’s success, on July 17-19, 2024, Global NMR Discussion Meetings will be hosting our second three-day online conference on X (Twitter) with prizes available to all students and postdocs using magnetic resonance techniques (NMR and EPR etc.) to answer questions in biology, chemistry, materials science, physics, and more. This event is completely free of charge!
Titles and abstracts of registered participants will be made available on our website and organized into subtopics, along with links to the X (Twitter) threads. Audience members and presenters will also be able to find posts related to the Online Conference via the hashtag #GlobalnmrOC2024.
How will this work?
Registration opens from April 15th to July 5th. All are welcome to register, however only undergraduates, graduates, and postdoc registrants will be eligible for prizes.
At the start of the conference, tweet your presentation with a title and the hashtag. #GlobalnmrOC2024. Stay tuned for more instructions and suggestions regarding presentation formats!
Discuss and engage during the three-day conference by commenting and responding to comments, and by retweeting presentations.
Win prizes awarded to the top presenters.
